Job summary
Pearl Recruitment Group is seeking experienced Excavator Operators for a large-scale bulk earthworks and final trim project in Far North Queensland. You will operate 50–75T excavators across bulk earthworks and final trim tasks, contributing to site preparation, levelling and finishing works to specification.
This rostered role offers consistent hours on a 10:4 roster with opportunities across upcoming sites.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating excavators on bulk earthworks and final trim projects while using GPS.
- Previous Moxy experience highly regarded
- Current RII tickets for relevant machinery
- Construction White Card
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork

Job description
Our client is delivering a large-scale earthworks project in Far North Queensland and is seeking experienced Excavator Operators to join the team. This is a great opportunity to secure consistent rostered work on a growing project, with additional opportunities across upcoming sites.
$52–$55 per hour
10:4 Roster | 12 Hours
Tailings Dam Project
- Operate 50T - 75T excavators across bulk earthworks and final trim activities
- Assist with site preparation, levelling, and finishing works to specification
- Proven experience operating excavators on bulk earthworks and final trim projects while using GPS
