Job summary

People8, in partnership with a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy, is seeking a Civil Engineer for its Land Development team in Brisbane. You will work across land development and subdivision projects, taking responsibility for civil design and project delivery while collaborating with an experienced engineering team.

Qualifications

Degree-qualified Civil Engineer with land development experience.
Strong subdivision experience in residential and/or commercial developments.
Civil design capability across roads, earthworks, stormwater, drainage, sewer and water infrastructure.
Working knowledge of Australian Standards, local authority requirements and approval processes.
Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients, councils, consultants and contractors.

Responsibilities

Take responsibility for civil design and project delivery across land development projects.
Contribute to design and delivery of civil infrastructure from planning through to construction.
Collaborate with an experienced engineering team on a diverse pipeline of projects.
