Aurecon is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer for our Land Development team in Melbourne. Design and deliver land development and civil infrastructure projects across Victoria, with a focus on practical, compliant solutions and a strong client focus.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and mentors, advancing technical, project and leadership capabilities while engaging with councils, service authorities and contractors throughout the design and approvals process.

Qualifikationen

• Tertiary Civil Engineering degree completed.
• Approximately 4+ years of civil engineering experience in Victoria.
• Experience in design and documentation of civil infrastructure.
• Strong design across roads, drainage, earthworks and utilities.
• Experience with councils, authorities and DTP approvals.
• Advanced knowledge of 12D and AutoCAD.
• Strong communication and stakeholder liaison skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
• Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance if required.
• Interest in progressing within the team and business.

Aufgaben

• Design and deliver land development and civil infrastructure projects across Victoria.
• Prepare and coordinate civil engineering designs, drawings and documentation.
• Work across roads, car parks, drainage, earthworks, water and sewer reticulation, subdivisions and civil site works.
• Use 12D and AutoCAD to develop high-quality civil designs and documentation.
• Work with Victorian councils, service authorities, DTP, clients, subconsultants and contractors throughout the design and approvals process.
• Contribute to technical reviews and ensure designs meet relevant Australian and Victorian standards and authority requirements.
• Build strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated project outcomes.
• Support and mentor less experienced engineers as your experience develops.
• Continue building your client-facing and project leadership capability, with opportunities to take on greater responsibility as your career progresses.
