Brix Projects is recruiting on behalf of a leading civil construction subcontractor, experiencing significant growth nationally. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Civil Project Engineer to join a progressive and fast-growing business on a permanent basis, working on a range of civil construction projects in Sydney.

As Civil Project Engineer, you will coordinate and deliver projects, work with site teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure safety, schedule and budget.

Qualificações

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Mandatory FRP (Formwork, Reinforcement and Pouring) experience.
• A minimum of five years' experience as a Civil Engineer within civil construction.
• Experience managing or coordinating civil construction projects.
• Strong project planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of civil construction projects.
• Work closely with site teams to ensure resources are utilised effectively and safe systems of work are maintained.
• Plan and coordinate project activities to meet programme and contractual requirements.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, quality and overall performance.
• Identify and resolve technical, commercial and scheduling issues.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with relevant standards and requirements.
• Build strong working relationships across project teams and client organisations.

The Role

As a Civil Project Engineer, you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering civil construction projects, working closely with site teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule and within budget.

You’ll be involved in planning and coordinating project activities, resolving technical challenges and ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Strong project planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients, subcontractors and site teams.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.
