Job summary

HM Precision Engineering is a Gold Coast-based civil engineering consultancy seeking a Civil Designer for their Burleigh Heads office. The role is full-time with hybrid arrangements available upon negotiation.

You will design and draft water, sewer, stormwater and civil infrastructure projects across Australia, contribute to design and drafting systems, and have the opportunity to lead and grow a team. A Diploma/Advanced Diploma of Civil Engineering and proficiency in Civil3D/AutoCAD are

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years' experience in design and drafting of Civil, Sewer, Water and Stormwater projects.
• Familiarity with SEQ Code, WSAA, and local authority standards (preferred).
• Diploma/Advanced Diploma of Civil Engineering (or equivalent) or relevant qualification.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Civil Designer based in our Burleigh Heads office on the Gold Coast with alternative hybrid arrangements available upon negotiation. The role includes but is not limited to:

Design and drafting of water, sewer, stormwater, civil and urban development infrastructure projects across Australia

Continuous input into the development of design and drafting systems

Opportunity to lead and grow a team

What you will bring to the team:

Minimum 3+ years' experience in design and drafting of Civil, Sewer, Water and Stormwater projects (Salary dependent on experience)

Expertise in Civil3D and AutoCAD

Strong attention to detail and commitment to drawing quality

Familiarity with SEQ Code, WSAA, and local authority standards (preferred but not essential)

Diploma/Advanced Diploma of Civil Engineering (or equivalent), or relevant tertiary qualification
