Job summary

CJC Management in Sydney is seeking a Civil Design Engineer to provide technical leadership across major infrastructure programs. You will support planning, design development, design management and project delivery with guidance on complex engineering challenges.

Reporting to the advisory and project delivery team, you will mentor junior engineers, coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and help win proposals through robust design outcomes and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Chartered status preferred.
• Strong background in civil design, design management or engineering advisory.
• Experience working with contractors, consultants and asset owners.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and experience supporting project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across major infrastructure projects.

• Oversee design development to ensure technical quality, constructability and project objectives are achieved.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Civil Design Engineer to provide technical leadership across major infrastructure projects.

Working as part of CJC's advisory and project delivery team, you will support clients through planning, design development, design management and project delivery phases while providing technical guidance on complex engineering challenges.

This role combines technical expertise, stakeholder management and project leadership and will play an important role in the continued growth of CJC's infrastructure capability.
