Qualifications

• Current Driver Licence
• A genuine interest in building a career in Civil Construction
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Previous civil, labouring or construction experience highly regarded but not essential
• Construction White Card
• Ability to perform physical outdoor work
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug test
• Provide two recent, contactable work references

Responsibilities

• General labouring tasks across road construction and maintenance projects
• Assist crews with a variety of civil and roadwork activities
• Set up and pack down site equipment and work zones
• Use hand and power tools under supervision
• Maintain a safe and tidy work environment
• Work as part of a team to support daily operations
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times
• Complete the theory and practical requirements of your traineeship
