Job summary

Brisbane City Council is offering a Corporate Traineeship designed to give hands-on experience in civil construction while earning a nationally recognised qualification. Trainees will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to the construction and maintenance of Brisbane's infrastructure and gaining practical skills.

The program combines on-the-job learning with in-class study, includes a structured training plan, and offers career coaching and opportunities across Council.

Looking to get hands-on experience in construction while earning a nationally recognised qualification?

Brisbane City Council's Corporate Traineeship program provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in civil construction while working towards a nationally recognised qualification, Certificate II in Civil Construction.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn on the job while working alongside experienced professionals who help build and maintain Brisbane's infrastructure. You'll gain valuable skills, industry experience and exposure to a range of construction activities across Council.
