Job summary

PCP Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead civil construction activities on projects in the Toowoomba region. You will coordinate daily site operations, manage crews and subcontractors, while ensuring safety, quality and programme compliance.

You will work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to plan works, allocate labour and plant, monitor productivity and drive timely delivery across multiple fronts on busy sites.

Qualifications

• Strong WHS knowledge and experience with safety management on site.
• Experience with earthworks, roadworks, drainage and/or water infrastructure.
• Current white card and Australian driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities.
• Plan daily works and communicate clear expectations to site crews.
• Allocate labour, plant and equipment to maximise productivity.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works align with the programme.
• Maintain accurate daily site records of labour, plant and quantities.
• Lead toolbox talks and site safety discussions to promote a safety culture.
