PROTECH is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Labourer to support ongoing civil projects based at Cowley Beach Depot. Roles involve night shifts and potential away-from-home work when required, with emphasis on safety and reliability.

Ideal candidates have MR licence, White Card, and TMI ticket, plus proven civil construction experience and strong teamwork. You will work on earthworks, traffic management, and site support across the Cassowary Coast region.

Responsibilities

• Work around bulk earthworks and underground services.
• Assist on government-aligned civil projects in the region.
• Perform traffic management and traffic control duties as required.
• Carry out daily pre-start checks and routine vehicle maintenance.
• Follow WH&S policies and procedures.
• Provide general civil labouring and site support.

Job description

Are you an experienced Civil Construction Labourer looking for an opportunity to work on ongoing civil projects based out of the Cowley Beach Depot? We are currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team.

All applicants must be willing to work night shifts and away from home (remote work) when required.

Skills & Attributes

• Minimum MR Licence

Key Duties

• Working around bulk earthworks and underground services
• Assisting on government-aligned civil construction projects throughout the region
• Traffic management and traffic control duties as required
• Daily pre-start checks and routine vehicle maintenance
• Following Workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures
• General civil labouring and site support duties
