Job summary

Winslow Group in Victoria seeks an Experienced Foreman to join our Bendigo, Echuca and Shepparton region and lead civil construction crews across multiple projects.

You will forecast and program works, coordinate labour, equipment and materials, conduct site inductions, manage safety incidents and report to senior management while delivering on time and to specification. A competitive salary and career growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Physically fit with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must pass a drug and alcohol test with zero tolerance on sites.
• Hold a Construction Industry Card (White Card).
• Experience in Civil Construction is essential, with bulk earth works, design earthworks or wetlands earthworks considered advantageous.
• Possess plant tickets and a valid driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and program projects across Bendigo, Echuca and Shepparton regions.
• Procure and schedule labour, subcontractors, equipment and materials.
• Optimize resource use to be efficient and economical.
• Lead construction teams and manage on-site activities.
• Handle administration including timesheets, delivery dockets and site diary.
• Conduct start up and toolbox meetings; site inductions and ticket checks.
• Monitor and report all site and safety incidents to senior management.
• Perform site audits and reporting as required.
