Melton City Council is creating a brand-new role to lead, coordinate and deliver continuous improvement initiatives, enhance customer service, and improve operational efficiency. This is a fixed-term 24-month contract with a Level 7 package.

You will support delivery of audit actions and work closely with staff across council. Reporting to the Coordinator Planning Support Services, you will engage internal teams and external providers to ensure successful outcomes and improved processes.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in business administration, project management or related field or significant related experience.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects with a complex workload.
• Experience developing and deploying project best practices, policies and processes.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate and monitor project schedules, milestones, resources, budgets and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, management tools and communication materials.
• Coordinate internal resources, external consultants and service providers to support delivery.
• Monitor progress, identify issues and manage changes in scope and risks.
• Coordinate review and implementation of audit actions with teams and SMEs.
• Establish stakeholder relationships and provide high-quality service to customers.
