Job summary

Agri Talent Pty in Mildura, Victoria, is seeking an accomplished senior leader to drive the operational, horticultural and financial performance of a large-scale citrus business. You will work hands‑on across farms, mentoring Managers and setting clear standards and KRIs to improve yield, quality and efficiency.

You will lead Farm Managers and teams across four dispersed assets, aligning production with customer needs, packing and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Significant practical experience in large-scale commercial citrus production.
• Ability to lead farm managers and agronomic advisers.
• Tertiary qualification in Agricultural Science, Horticulture or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Farm Managers and operational teams across four assets.
• Improve marketable yield, fruit quality, packout and cost of production.
• Oversee crop forecasting, harvest planning and execution.
• Manage farm budgets, forecasts, KPIs and capital priorities.
• Drive irrigation efficiency, machinery and orchard improvements.
• Build leadership capability and succession pathways.
• Collaborate with packing, commercial and supply chain teams.
