Job summary

EPAM Systems in Sydney seeks a Senior Manager to partner with CIOs and senior leaders, shaping technology strategy and prioritising investments to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will lead engagements spanning technology modernisation, operating model design and transformation delivery, building trusted executive relationships and contributing to the growth of EPAM's Australian practice.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in technology strategy or CIO advisory.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary consulting teams.
• Strong analytical and executive storytelling skills.
• Evidence of developing client relationships and proposals.
• MBA or postgraduate technology/programme management certs advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop technology strategies and roadmaps that connect business priorities with technology capabilities.
• Advise on operating models, modernisation priorities, cost optimisation and transformation delivery.
• Identify AI, data and cloud opportunities and define required governance and changes.
• Build trusted executive relationships with CIOs and business leaders to assess options and drive decisions.
• Take accountability for engagement scope, quality, commercial performance and client outcomes.
• Collaborate with account and sales teams to identify opportunities and shape engagements.
• Develop consultants and strengthen advisory offerings for the Australian market.
