Job summary

Skechers Australia & New Zealand is seeking Christmas casual team members to join our stores in Tamworth for the peak season. You’ll greet customers, help them find the perfect pair, and keep the store looking its best while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Bring a genuine passion for customer service, strong communication, and a flexible weekend/late-shift availability. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.

• Clear communication and a team-first approach.
• Willingness to work weekends, late shifts and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find products.
• Support store team to meet sales goals and KPIs.

About the Role

We’re on the lookout for Christmas casual team members to join us at Skechers!If you're friendly, driven, and ready to deliver a standout customer experience, we want you on our team.

You’ll be the face of the brand — welcoming customers, helping them find their perfect pair, and keeping the store looking great.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service that keeps people coming back
• Meet sales goals and support team KPIs
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards
• Assist with stock unpacking, replenishment, and organisation
• Work well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Bring energy, reliability, and a can-do attitude to every shift

What You’ll Bring

• A genuine passion for customer service and retail
• Great communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Full availability from Mid-November to Mid-January 2027 - especially weekends, late nights, Black Friday, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential)
