Skechers Australia & New Zealand is seeking friendly Christmas casual team members to deliver standout customer experiences in our Hillvue store. If you’re energetic, reliable and ready to drive sales, you’ll thrive in our fast-paced, team-focused environment.

You’ll help with stock, merchandising and daily store operations while providing great service. Weekend and late shifts, especially around Black Friday and New Year periods, are expected. Accent Group benefits apply.

About The Role

We’re on the lookout for Christmas casual team members to join us at Skechers! If you're friendly, driven, and ready to deliver a standout customer experience, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service that keeps people coming back
• Meet sales goals and support team KPIs
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards
• Assist with stock unpacking, replenishment, and organisation
• Work well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Bring energy, reliability, and a can-do attitude to every shift

What You’ll Bring

• A genuine passion for customer service and retail
• Great communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Full availability from Mid-November to Mid-January 2027 – especially weekends, late nights, Black Friday, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential)
