Job summary

Skechers Australia in Castle Towers is seeking Christmas Sales Assistants to join our team during the busy holiday season. You’ll welcome customers, help them find the perfect pair, and keep the store looking sharp.

You should be friendly, reliable and ready to work peak periods from October to mid-January 2027, including weekends and late nights. Prior retail experience is welcome but not essential; full training is provided.

We’re on the lookout for Christmas casual team members to join us at Skechers!If you're friendly, driven, and ready to deliver a standout customer experience, we want you on our team.

You’ll be the face of the brand — welcoming customers, helping them find their perfect pair, and keeping the store looking great.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service that keeps people coming back
• Meet sales goals and support team KPIs
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards
• Assist with stock unpacking, replenishment, and organisation
• Work well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Bring energy, reliability, and a can-do attitude to every shift

What You’ll Bring

• A genuine passion for customer service and retail
• Great communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Full availability from October to mid-January 2027– especially weekends, late nights, Black Friday, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential)
