Job summary

Accent Group Limited is seeking Christmas casual team members for Skechers in Australia & New Zealand. You will welcome customers, help them choose their perfect pair, and keep the store looking vibrant and aligned with brand standards.

Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional service, meeting sales goals, maintaining merchandising, and assisting with stock. Availability Oct–mid Jan 2027, including weekends, is required for a dynamic peak season.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and retail.
• Excellent communication and a team-first mindset.
• Full availability from October to mid-January 2027– including weekends and peak days.
• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service that keeps people coming back
• Meet sales goals and support team KPIs
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards
• Assist with stock unpacking, replenishment, and organisation
• Work well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Bring energy, reliability, and a can-do attitude to every shift

What You’ll Bring

• A genuine passion for customer service and retail
• Great communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Full availability from October to mid-January 2027– especially weekends, late nights, Black Friday, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential)
