Job summary

MACG Traralgon Aged Care is seeking Registered Nurses for Christmas and New Year fixed-term opportunities across AM, PM and Night shifts. Expressions of interest welcome with dates and shifts to suit availability.

Qualifications

• Holds current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in palliative care, medication management, AN-ACC, or aged-care governance is highly regarded.
• Eligible for employment screening checks and compliant with facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Delivering person-centred clinical care
• Administering medications and monitoring residents' health and wellbeing
• Completing clinical assessments, care planning and documentation
• Supporting and providing clinical leadership to the care team
• Responding to clinical needs and emergencies
• Liaising with residents, families, medical practitioners and the broader care team
• Contributing to a safe, welcoming and homelike environment
