Job summary

HOUSE is hiring Christmas Casuals for its Watertown store. If you love food, cooking and kitchenware, you’ll thrive talking to customers and helping them choose the perfect product during our busiest season.

Join a fun, supportive team with great discounts and training. Previous retail or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential, with flexible shifts across weekdays, evenings, weekends and the holiday period.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work in a busy environment and adapt to peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the shop floor and answer product questions.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to shoppers.
• Maintain clean and attractive displays and assist with checkout during peaks.
• Be flexible across weekdays, evenings, weekends and the Christmas/New Year period.
