Job summary

HOUSE Bathurst is hiring Christmas Casuals to join our busy festive team. If you love food, cooking and kitchenware, bring energetic vibes to a bustling store for the season.

You’ll chat with customers, help them pick the perfect product, share tips, and be part of a fun, supportive team. Prior retail or service experience is a bonus, with flexibility across weekdays, evenings, weekends, and the Christmas period.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality or customer service is preferred but not essential.
• You should enjoy talking to customers and helping them find the right product.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in a busy store environment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find products and provide product knowledge.
• Engage with customers with enthusiasm and a friendly attitude.
• Contribute to a tidy, well-presented store and assist with stocking.
• Support cash handling and POS transactions as required.

We're Looking For People Who:

• Love food, cooking, entertaining and all things kitchen
• Bring positive energy and enthusiasm to every shift

• Have previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
• Are confident working in a busy environment
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills
