HOUSE is hiring for a customer-focused retail role at our Lismore store during the busy Christmas period. You’ll engage with customers, share kitchen knowledge, and help them find the best products for entertaining and cooking.

We value enthusiasm, excellent communication, and the ability to work across varied shifts including evenings and weekends. Join a supportive team with opportunities beyond Christmas.

Qualifications

• Love food, cooking and entertaining.
• Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stay calm and professional in a busy environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Flexible across weekdays, evenings, weekends and the Christmas period.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and help them find the perfect kitchen product.
• Share product knowledge, cooking tips and inspiration with customers.
• Provide friendly, proactive service to create a great store experience.
• Support store team during peak Christmas season and across shifts.
