Dusk Group is seeking a Christmas Casual Customer Assistant to join our busy festive period. You will create warm, joyful moments for customers, guiding them to perfect gifts and fragrances while keeping the store bright and on-brand.

The role is seasonal, starting in October, with late nights, weekends and public holidays expected. You'll be at the heart of our busiest season, bringing energy, sparkle and memorable customer experiences.

As a Christmas Casual Customer Assistant, you’ll help bring the magic of dusk to life during our busiest (and most exciting) time of year. You’ll create thoughtful, joy-filled moments for every customer, while keeping the store shining bright.

Whether it’s finding the perfect gift, sharing your candle knowledge, or simply making someone’s day – you’ll be at the heart of it all.

What You’ll Do

• Be a go-to expert on all things dusk – helping customers find the perfect fragrance, décor piece, or festive gift
