Job summary

Dusk in Melbourne is seeking a Christmas Casual Customer Assistant to help us create heartfelt moments with our scented candles and festive décor. You’ll greet customers, share fragrance knowledge, and ensure every visitor feels seen and valued during the busiest season.

This seasonal role starts in October, with late-night, weekend and public-holiday shifts. You’ll join a warm team dedicated to mood-lighting, generosity, and great retail experiences at our flagship store.

Qualifications

• Seasonal peak Christmas period experience is helpful.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and sharing product knowledge.
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
