• Volume Jewellery Sales: You will many different people each day and no two days on the Zamel's shop floor are the same!
• Sales Execution: Confidently execute the Zamel's Sales Framework to drive brand consistency and deliver industry leading standards.
• Commercial Focus: Champion a results-driven culture by meeting and exceeding sales targets, KPIs, and store budgets.
• Strategic Focus: Your daily store activity has a big impact. You will need to be energetic, collaborative, and driven to succeed. You will want to "WELCOME everyone on purpose!"
