We are looking for energetic team players who have a keen interest in joining our Company in the lead up to and during the Christmas season as fixed term Christmas Casual Sales Assistants. Responsibilities

• Provide genuine and meaningful customer service experiences for our customers.
• Work productively in a fast-paced and energetic retail environment.
• Help with replenishing and merchandising stock, ensuring displays are refreshed, and contribute to stock accuracy.
• Complete tailored in-house training and eLearning modules to gain product knowledge, sales skills and an understanding of policies & procedures.
• Operate across the store roster, including weekends, extended trading hours and public holidays, including Boxing Day 2025.

What you will be doing

• Offering professional and personalised service to help customers find the ideal jewellery or watch based on their wants and desires, especially during peak season.
• Perform operational tasks such as stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, merchandising and general housekeeping.
