Join Unison this holiday season! We are looking for a Christmas Casual Sales Assistants who are dedicated to creating an elevated customer experience and setting a new style standard for the modern Australian.

Recruitment for these roles will begin in September, with start dates ranging from October to November depending on store needs and candidate availability.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Create a memorable and seamless experience with every customer interaction
• Maintain presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management and cleaning
• Process customer transactions on the point-of-sale system
• Exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators
• Provide styling advice and support in fitting rooms

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience in a similar fashion retail role with a strong sense of personal style
• Demonstrated experience using a point-of-sale system
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management

Please note: our Christmas Casual Sales Assistants must have full availability to work throughout November 2025 - January 2026 including extended trade, weekends and Public Holidays. You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.
