Unison is hiring a Christmas Casual Sales Assistant for Maroochydore. Join during the holiday season to deliver an elevated customer experience and showcase the latest season styles. Recruitment begins in September with start dates from early to mid-November depending on store needs.

You will participate in shaping presentation, assist at the till, and provide styling advice. This casual/temporary contract runs through January and may involve multiple stores in the area.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fashion retail role with style awareness.
• Demonstrated experience using a point-of-sale system.
• Eye for detail and passion for styling and merchandising.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exposure to stock management and large stock volumes.

Responsibilities

• Create a memorable and seamless customer experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Maintain presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management and cleaning
• Process customer transactions on the point-of-sale system.
• Exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators
• Provide styling advice and support in fitting rooms.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience in a similar fashion retail role with a strong sense of personal style.
• Demonstrated experience using a point-of-sale system
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.

Please note: We're looking for a flexible approach to work throughout November 2026- January 2027, including weekends, Public Holidays and extended trade. You may also be required to work across multiple stores within your designated area.
