Job summary

Noble Park North, Melbourne based Prima PMI Pty Ltd is seeking casual Production Team Members for the Christmas peak season. You’ll help with machine operation, process work, sorting, pick/packing and dispatch, contributing to fast turnaround of personalised photo products across Australia and NZ.

Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented team players with basic computer literacy, flexible availability (at least three days a week, Monday to Friday) and a willingness to learn repetitive

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or process work is preferred.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines and perform process work.
• Sort, pick/pack and dispatch products.
• Support achieving production targets during the peak season.

Casual Production Team Members – Christmas Peak Season

As the people behind the print, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team in Noble Park North for our busy Christmas peak season!

We specialise in creating personalised, on-demand photo products like photobooks, wall art, canvases, personalised mugs, t-shirts and cards. Christmas is our busiest time of year, and you’ll play a part in creating products that become meaningful gifts for people across Australia and New Zealand.

We have seasonal casual roles available in our production team involving machine operation, process work, sorting, pick/packing and dispatch. There may also be opportunities to move into permanent roles if positions become available.

What we are looking for

Experience in manufacturing or process work is preferred

Attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures

Basic computer literacy

A team player and a great communicator

Willingness to work towards shared production targets

Comfortable learning new skills and undertaking repetitive tasks

Flexible availability is essential, with availability for a minimum of three days per week, Monday to Friday
