David Jones in Sydney's Silverwater DC is seeking Christmas Casual Logistics Assistants to help meet online orders during the busy season. You will pick and pack orders across fashion, beauty and home, dispatch freight, and perform general warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment.

The role is limited tenure through January 2027. You should be available at least three days including weekends, have good teamwork and time-management skills, and be comfortable with lifting items and following

• At least 3 days availability, including weekends.
• Experience within a warehouse/distribution centre environment (preferred, not essential).
• High-level communication skills to work collaboratively with your team.
• Outstanding time management skills to keep on top of deadlines.
• The ability to maintain an appropriate level of physical fitness for a physical role.

Christmas Casual Opportunities 2026 | Logistics Assistant | Silverwater DC

Your role as a Logistics Assistant will be pivotal in providing customers with their online orders in an incredibly busy period for our business. Supporting our Distribution Centre Team located in Silverwater, the role includes picking and packing of online customer orders, dispatch & freight management, and other general warehouse duties. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, we invite you to join our team.

Please note that these roles are limited tenure, through until the end of January 2027. Our Silverwater DC is close to public transport, a 25-minute walk from Auburn train station, and there is on-street parking close by.
