Job summary

Prestige In Home Care is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers for Christmas casual roles in Sydney's southern suburbs. Casual rates start from $40.93+ Super. Join AFR Boss Best Places to Work recognised team and provide person-centred care across Clyde.

Ideal candidates will have NDIS disability support experience, be confident working independently in clients' homes, and hold a Working with Children Check. Weekend/holiday availability is valued.

Qualifications

• NDIS disability support experience is essential, not just aged care.
• MWCC is mandatory for application.
• Hands-on mobility assistance and safe manual handling required.
• Experience with PEG feeding and NIV management is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes.
• Christmas availability from Nov 2026 to Feb 2027 required.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support in clients' homes.
• Support clients with complex care needs including children aged 13+.
• Manage rosters and communicate effectively with the care team.
