Dusk is seeking Christmas Casual Customer Assistants to help customers find the right gift and share fragrance knowledge, during our peak season across late nights, weekends and public holidays.

We’re looking for Christmas Casual Customer Assistants who love connecting with people, bringing good energy to every shift, and helping customers find just the right thing for right now.

Role Overview

As a Christmas Casual Customer Assistant, you’ll help bring the magic of dusk to life during our busiest (and most exciting) time of year. You’ll create thoughtful, joy-filled moments for every customer, while keeping the store shining bright.

Whether it’s finding the perfect gift, sharing your candle knowledge, or simply making someone’s day – you’ll be at the heart of it all.

This is a hands-on, customer-first role that’s full of energy, sparkle, and meaning – just like Christmas should be

What You’ll Do

• Create unforgettable in-store experiences with genuine care, personality, and attention
• Light up the shopfloor by achieving your goals and contributing to team success
• Keep the store beautiful, inviting, and aligned to our brand and visual standards
• Be a go-to expert on all things dusk – helping customers find the perfect fragrance, décor piece, or festive gift
• Jump in, support your teammates, and help keep the energy high during the busy season
