Job summary

Peabody Energy's Centurion underground mine seeks an experienced CHPP Supervisor to lead the CHPP operations team, ensuring safe, efficient and reliable plant performance. Reporting to the CHPP Manager, you will drive safety culture, contractor coordination and continuous improvement while delivering production and quality targets.

You'll develop people, supervise daily activities, manage plant breakdowns and collaborate with mining, maintenance and logistics to maximise throughput.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated CHPP operational and supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of CHPP processes and production management.
• Experience leading teams in mining or heavy industry.
• Ability to deliver safety, production and quality targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise CHPP operations to ensure safe daily execution.
• Foster a strong safety culture through risk management and investigations.
• Coordinate CHPP production to achieve throughput and quality targets.
• Manage plant breakdowns and drive performance improvements.
