Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli in Sydney's Eastern Creek store is seeking an energetic Retail Store Team Member to wow customers with a Lindt experience. You will engage customers, prepare beverages at the chocolate bar, and share in-depth knowledge of Lindt products with passion.

Qualifications

• Love Lindt Chocolate!
• Previous experience in a fast-paced café or retail environment
• Put their heart into everything they do and can talk the language of chocolate
• Have a passion for excellence and can provide every customer with a unique Lindt experience
• Previous barista experience desirable
• Flexibility to work hours that suit our fluctuating business needs, including weekends

Responsibilities

• Creating meaningful relationships with customers by providing a unique Lindt experience
• Preparing customer beverage orders at the chocolate bar
• Educating and informing customers on Lindt Chocolate products with passion and in-depth knowledge
• Being our Lindt ambassadors and delivering exceptional customer service to all
