Job summary

Bravofoods is seeking a hands-on Storeperson for our chilled and frozen warehouse environments in Sydney. This role involves picking whole cartons and meat pieces for customer orders, with PPE provided for cold work conditions.

The successful candidate will be comfortable with regular manual handling, work across both chiller and freezer zones, and be able to operate autonomously after training. A forklift licence is required at start, and shift times include early starts from 1:00am–2:00am,

Job description

The Chiller / Freezer Storeperson will be responsible for picking whole cartons and whole meat pieces for customer orders within chilled and frozen warehouse environments.

This is a hands‑on operational role requiring someone who is physically fit, organised, reliable, and capable of working autonomously once trained.

Candidates must have a minimum of 1+ years of warehousing or cold storage experience.

The successful candidate will work across both the chiller and freezer environments and must be comfortable working in cold conditions with PPE provided by the business.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys physical work and understands that the position involves regular manual handling and carton picking — not just forklift operation.

A valid forklift licence or certification is required at the start of employment.

The role operates Monday to Saturday with early morning start times of approximately 1:00am–2:00am.

Australian citizenship is required for this position.
