Job summary

AWX is seeking reliable and experienced Food Production Machine Operators to join a busy manufacturing operation in Sydney. The role involves operating mixers and packaging lines, monitoring quality, and ensuring safety procedures in a chilled environment.

Candidates with food production experience and knowledge of GMP/HACCP/WHS are preferred. Ongoing work, weekly pay, and employee perks are offered by AWX.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production or manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and WHS.
• Attention to detail and ability to read ingredients.
• Willing to work in a chilled environment (0–5°C).
• Reliable and available 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring production machinery, including mixers and packaging machines.
• Ensuring product quality and efficient production.
• Following food safety, hygiene and WHS procedures.
• Performing basic machine maintenance and quality checks.
• Working in a chilled environment (0–5°C).
