Paragon Social Care is looking for dedicated Children’s Support Workers in Western Australia to provide trauma-informed and consistent support to children and young people. The role requires building positive relationships while helping to develop life skills and independence.
The ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, experience with youth, and a vehicle. We offer flexible working patterns and career progression opportunities, emphasizing a supportive environment.
At Paragon Social Care, we provide round-the-clock support to children and young people in local authority care, particularly during times of crisis, transition, and uncertainty. Our work is built around creating safe, stable environments where young people can begin to rebuild trust, develop resilience, and move towards positive outcomes.
We are currently recruiting Children’s Support Workers across Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire to join our growing team.
This is a rewarding but demanding role supporting children and young people with a range of emotional and behavioural needs. We are looking for reliable, calm, and compassionate individuals who can build positive relationships, maintain professional boundaries, and provide consistent support during difficult moments.
You will work as part of a supportive team delivering trauma‑informed care within residential settings and community‑based support packages.
Please note: We ask staff to provide a minimum availability of 2–3 shifts per week due to the nature of the service.
If you are passionate about making a genuine difference in young people’s lives and want to be part of a professional and supportive organisation, we would love to hear from you.
This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check. Paragon Social Care is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and all applicants will be expected to share this commitment.
