Montessori Academy in Australia seeks an enthusiastic educator to join our growing network of Montessori early childhood programs. You will deliver high-quality education, reflect EYLF guidelines, and build strong relationships with children and families across our campuses.

The role requires Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, valid Working with Children Check, and current First Aid/CPR and Child Protection Certification.

Formación

• Qualified educator with Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current Working with Children Check is required.
• First Aid & CPR Certification is required.
• Child Protection Certification is required.
• Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF/NQS) and EYLF.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passionate about Montessori early learning programs.

Responsabilidades

• Work as an active team member to provide high-quality education.
• Develop strong relationships with children at the service.
• Create and implement the Children's Program reflecting EYLF guidelines.
• Ensure OH&S policies are followed and the environment is safe.
• Maintain accurate records of accidents, incidents, injuries, illnesses, and medication.
• Implement the service's philosophy in all duties.
• Liaise with families regarding daily activities and updates.
• Maintain detailed observations and records of each child's progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as an active team member to provide high-quality education.
• Develop strong relationships with children at the service.

• Ensure compliance with OH&S policies, maintaining a safe environment for staff and children, with particular attention to those with special health needs.
• Keep accurate records of accidents, incidents, injuries, illnesses, and medication.
• Implement the service's philosophy in all duties.
• Liaise with families regarding daily activities and updates.
• Maintain detailed observations and records of individual children's progress.

About You

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent) qualified educator
• Current Working with Children Check
• First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Child Protection Certificate
• Excellent understanding of the National Quality Framework, including National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Passionate about implementing Montessori early learning programs
• Committed to the holistic development of children
• Strong understanding of the importance of family communications
