Job summary

Early Start Australia is seeking a motivated Allied Health Assistant to join our Durack clinic on a casual basis. You will implement therapy activities under the guidance of qualified Therapists and help prepare resources and spaces for individual and group sessions.

Qualifications

• Certificate III/IV in Allied Health Assistance or current enrolment in allied health degree is beneficial.
• Experience with children or individuals with additional needs is valued.
• Current WWCC/NDIS Worker Screening/Police Check and First Aid are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement therapy activities under the guidance of qualified Therapists.
• Prepare resources, materials and therapy spaces for individual and group sessions.
• Observe and report on client progress, maintaining accurate case notes.
• Support communication with families, carers, educators and health providers.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to a collaborative, client-focused culture.
• Uphold safety, confidentiality and quality standards in line with ESA policies.
