Job summary

Netball Australia is seeking a strategic wellbeing leader to support the health, wellbeing and performance of athletes, coaches, umpires and staff across Australian netball. This part-time role (0.5 FTE / 2.5 days) is based in Fitzroy, with responsibilities to develop contemporary wellbeing strategies and partnerships across Super Netball and national pathways.

You will lead the Wellbeing Network, guide education programs for First Nations athletes and collaborate across NA teams to embed

Qualifications

• Experience building strategic partnerships and networks.
• Experience in strategic planning, advocacy and stakeholder consultation.
• Ability to lead wellbeing initiatives across high-performance environments.
• Knowledge of wellbeing trends in national/international sport.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with ANPA and NA staff to integrate wellbeing programs.
• Plan, implement and revise wellbeing strategies aligned to needs and research.
• Lead wellbeing initiatives across high-performance pathways and support networks.
