With a strong presence in the US, Australia, UK, and global eCommerce markets, we continue to scale our reach through strategic wholesale partnerships and a growing direct-to-consumer presence.

We are now seeking an action oriented and commercially driven Chief Operations Officer (COO) to help lead the next phase of our growth trajectory.

Overview

The COO will be responsible for leading and scaling all aspects of the business, with particular focus on marketing, eCommerce, sales, logistics and operations. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience driving exponential revenue growth in a global fashion or consumer brand, especially in the US market, while maintaining strong profitability and operational discipline. The COO will collaborate closely with department leads, ensure strategic alignment across teams, and be accountable to the Board for business performance and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Support the development and execution of long-term business strategies in line with the company's vision and growth ambitions; Drive innovation and continuous improvement across product, brand, and commercial channels; Collaborate with senior leadership and the Board on company-wide planning and performance alignment
  • Marketing and Digital Growth: Oversee core revenue-generating functions across digital and brand channels; Provide strategic direction across marketing, customer experience, and eCommerce operations; Help shape customer acquisition and engagement strategies, with a focus on scalable growth; Oversee digital and performance marketing strategies to drive DTC sales growth; Guide eCommerce operations, UX, merchandising, and global logistics to optimize performance
  • Partnerships & Market Expansion: Drive strategic account growth and negotiate high-value retail partnerships; Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities in key international markets; Play a key role in expanding the brand’s presence across channels and regions
  • Operations & Execution: Guide and optimise day-to-day operations across multiple functions including supply chain, production, and logistics; Foster alignment between teams to ensure efficient execution and delivery across departments; Drive improvements in internal systems, workflows, and team performance; Take shared accountability for the financial health of the business, including profitability and cost management; Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes; Ensure the business operates with a strong foundation of compliance, governance, and operational discipline
Ideal Candidate

Experience:

  • 10+ years in a senior leadership role (COO, CEO, GM, Head of or similar), ideally within a fashion, retail, or consumer brands
  • Proven experience in scaling a global business, ideally to $100M+ revenue
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing both growth and profitability
  • Familiarity with wholesale and DTC models, particularly in the US and international markets
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and navigate complex operational structures
