Job summary

Seek is seeking a senior technology operations leader to head technology operations and service delivery, reporting to the CEO, overseeing technical support, service desk, engineering resources and client delivery to ensure contracts are met and value is delivered.

The role combines strategic governance with hands-on leadership, focusing on SLA management, performance dashboards, budgeting and process improvements, including automation and offshore teams to scale delivery for growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in MSP or outsourced IT environments.
• Proven ability to manage service desks, engineering teams and client-facing IT operations.
• Strong understanding of SLAs, ITIL governance and incident management.
• Experience with PSA/RMM platforms and operational performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technology service delivery operations, ensuring consistent service standards and client satisfaction.
• Manage SLAs, incidents, escalations and ongoing performance.
• Develop operational reporting, dashboards and KPIs.
• Champion automation and process improvements to drive efficiency and scalability.
• Lead distributed or offshore teams and foster ownership and accountability.
• Collaborate with CEO to align operational capability with growth objectives.
