TAFE NSW seeks a Director of Legal, Compliance and Risk Governance to lead the organisation's legal compliance responsibilities and enterprise risk governance. You will develop and implement strategies, frameworks, policies and practices to manage compliance risks and meet regulatory obligations.

• Unrestricted NSW legal practising certificate.
• Extensive senior-level experience in legal, compliance or enterprise risk.
• Experience advising on government, regulatory and compliance matters.
• Valid Working with Children Check prior to commencement.
