Job summary

BrillianTalent is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer in Sydney, NSW, to lead the finance function and steer post-acquisition integration. The role focuses on finance transformation, business performance and team leadership.

You will partner with senior leadership to provide commercial insight, oversee reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and drive scalable processes to support the next growth phase.

Qualifications

• Senior finance leadership experience at CFO, Finance Director, Head of Finance or equivalent level.
• Demonstrated experience with post-acquisition integration or major business integration.
• Proven experience leading and developing finance teams.
• Strong commercial finance, reporting, governance, budgeting and forecasting capability.
• Experience within a large multi-site or geographically distributed organisation would be highly regarded.
• Strong transformation, stakeholder-management and change-leadership capability.

About The Role
