About the Role

Reporting directly to the CEO and as a key member of the Executive Team, the Chief Financial Officer will provide strategic financial leadership across GreenLife Clinics. This is a pivotal role responsible not only for developing the finance function elevating the sophistication and shaping the organisation’s financial future as it transitions from a start-up to a high growth enterprise.

The CFO will be instrumental in building the financial infrastructure required to support sustainable expansion. This includes strengthening systems and processes, ensuring disciplined cashflow management, and leading capital and funding initiatives. The role will also provide strategic insights through forecasting, modelling, and scenario planning to guide business decisions, new market entry, and future growth opportunities. By embedding scalable systems, disciplined governance, and clear financial performance frameworks, the CFO will ensure GreenLife Clinics has the stability, transparency, and agility needed to thrive in a regulated, competitive sector.

Key responsibilities
  • Building the finance team to ensure capability and resilience.
  • Driving financial strategy, planning, and reporting to support business performance and growth.
  • Leading budgeting, forecasting, and risk management processes.
  • Overseeing compliance, governance, and financial control.
  • Partnering with the Executive Team to provide commercial insights and support strategic decision making.
  • Leading financial system improvements to support scalability and efficiency.
About You

We are seeking a highly capable and hands on finance leader who brings both technical expertise and strategic acumen. You will be CA/CPA qualified, with demonstrated experience leading a finance function in a complex, multi site or growth oriented environment.

To be successful, you will demonstrate:

  • Ability to be both tactical and strategic as you support the finance function to grow.
  • Strong technical accounting, governance, and compliance expertise.
  • Experience in driving system and process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A collaborative leadership style that develops people and fosters positive culture.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to balance financial rigour with organisational purpose.
