• Buildit Hub – Strategic consulting and advisory services for global manufacturers and developers

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a visionary and hands‑on Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our next phase of strategic growth. You will shape the future of our organisation, manage complex operations across multiple brands, build executive capability, and ensure we deliver on our mission — both in Australia and through key international partnerships.

You’ll report directly to the Shareholders and take full responsibility for driving commercial outcomes, operational excellence, and cultural leadership.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and lead the corporate strategy for Buildit Group.
• Oversee the performance and alignment of all business units (Market, Hub, Project).
• Manage the company’s financial health and lead high-level forecasting and reporting.
• Build and mentor a strong executive team and champion cross‑functional collaboration.
• Represent the company with government, industry, trade and investment partners.
• Ensure legal, financial and regulatory compliance across all business arms.
• Drive growth through innovation, partnerships and operational excellence.

Who you are

• Extensive experience in a leadership role, exceeding 10 years, including more than 5 years as a CEO,
• Managing Director, or comparable executive position, particularly within a multi‑division or high‑growth environment.
• Strategic yet execution‑focused — you know how to scale without losing focus.
• Commercially savvy and confident in managing budgets, risks, and stakeholder relationships
• A strong communicator and team builder, comfortable navigating multi‑brand environments.
• Experience working across borders and cultures (Vietnam–Australia experience is a plus).
• Prior exposure to e-commerce or B2B platforms is highly regarded.Open to local and international candidates.
