Job description

As Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, leadership, and operations. You will oversee the delivery of high-quality care and support services for participants, ensuring that the organisation's values, mission, and goals are upheld. You will also provide leadership to the management team and drive the growth, maintaining focus on participant satisfaction, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Responsible for:

  1. Strategic Leadership
    Ability to lead the organisation through change and growth, set clear objectives, and steer the company towards its long-term goals.
  2. Team Leadership & Development
    Skilled in leading, developing, and inspiring high-performing teams of 100+
    Ensure that all team members reach their full potential and align with organisational goals.
  3. Financial Management
    Expertise in overseeing organisational budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to maximise service quality while maintaining financial sustainability.
  4. Stakeholder Management
    Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders including government bodies, funding organisations, and community partners.
  5. Operational Excellence
    Strong capability in streamlining operations and improving processes to enhance service delivery and reduce inefficiencies.
  6. Risk & Compliance Management
    In-depth understanding of risk management, regulatory frameworks, and maintaining high standards of compliance across the organisation.

Education & Experience
* Tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Social Services, or a related field preferred. Minimum 5+ years in a similar role.
* Extensive experience in senior management and leadership roles, with a focus on driving organisational growth and development within the disability services or healthcare sector.
* Proven track record in strategic leadership, fostering innovation, and managing stakeholder relationships at all levels.
* In-depth knowledge of the NDIS framework, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards, with a strong ability to navigate the complexities of the sector.
* Demonstrated success in managing large, diverse teams and optimising operational performance.
* Experience with budgeting, financial management, and overseeing multi-functional teams to deliver quality services.
* Working with Children Check

* NDIS Worker Screening Check
