Job summary

St Aloysius' College in Sydney invites an experienced technology leader to become Head of Digital Innovation and Technology. You will provide strategic oversight of the College's digital strategy, AI initiatives, cyber security, data analytics and innovation.

Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, you will lead the ICT team across multiple campuses, shape the technology roadmap and ensure investments support educational excellence and organisational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ICT teams and digital transformation.
• Experience delivering major technology projects (upgrades, migrations).
• Strong knowledge of cyber security, data analytics and AI in education.
• Ability to align technology with strategic plans.
• Commitment to child safeguarding and WWCC.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across digital strategy, ICT, AI, cyber security, data analytics and innovation priorities.
• Lead ICT Team across multiple campuses and oversee technology infrastructure.
• Lead major technology projects and manage vendor relationships and investments.
• Ensure technology enhances learning, teaching and assessment; ethical use of AI.
• Oversee information governance, data protection, business continuity and disaster recovery.
• Report to the Director of Business Operations and collaborate with leadership.
