Job summary

ASIC is seeking a senior cyber security leader to shape and deliver the enterprise security strategy, protect critical systems and data, and strengthen resilience. You will advise the Commission, govern risk, monitor threats, coordinate incident responses, and drive secure-by-design across major transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading strategy, operations, resilience and transformation in a large/regulated environment.
• Ability to translate cyber risk into clear priorities and actions.
• Trusted adviser to senior leaders and cross-government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead ASIC's enterprise cyber security strategy and resilience program.
• Advise executives on security posture, risk and investment.
• Oversee governance, assurance, threat monitoring and incident response.
• Embed secure-by-design practices across services and transformation initiatives.
• Lead the Cyber Security Transformation Program (year 3 of 4).
