About the Opportunity

We are looking for passionate cooks and chefs to join our growing team across all Lucas venues and all levels including Pastry.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
  • Demonstrated experience as a cook or chef in a high-volume restaurant or fine-dining venue
  • Sushi, wok, pizza, and pastry experience highly regarded
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards
  • Resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
  • Strong work ethic and a 'can do' attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full availability and willing to work a rotating roster that includes opening or closing shifts, weekends and public holidays
